We invest in consumer facing businesses with a majority stake or a 100% ownership. We prefer profitable businesses with strong brands that can benefit from our expertise. Our investments sizes tend to be between US$ 50M and US$ 1B.

Blackfelds group commits its own funds or puts together an investor consortium for buy-outs. Our co-investors are global PE firms and family offices. In rare cases, we allow investments from senior C-suite executives who have unique skill sets relevant to the target.
